Kamloops Airport is pleased to announce passenger numbers for 2019, as compared to the same period from the previous year.

Q4            94,710         91,612       - 3.38%

Year End      351,631        361,586       +2.75%

Kamloops Airport continues to experience overall sustained growth, surpassing last year’s record growth by 2.75% and marking our best year to date.

Although passenger numbers declined in the 3rd and 4th quarters as projected, the year ended strong with 34,884 passengers being served in the month of December.

Our partners at Central Mountain Air, WestJet, and Air Canada all contributed significantly to the continued growth and we look forward to continued growth in 2020.

We also look forward to welcoming Swoop this spring and the nonstop seasonal service to Edmonton, further enhancing passenger travel options in 2020.
